Via Dutra libera nova pista na serra das Araras, no Rio, e entrega oito viadutos

The RioSP consortium has unveiled the first phase of the new Serra das Araras, a critical upgrade and duplication project on the Via Dutra (BR-116), which is the main highway connecting São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
