Published: 10:19 EDT, 4 November 2026 | Updated: 10:21 EDT, 4 November 2026 Vanessa Feltz showed off her dramatic weight-loss as she twinned with Myleene Klass in a stylish burgundy leather dress on Wednesday.The presenter, 64, has been candid about her challenges with her weight in the past, having fluctuated dramatically between sizes 10 and 22 over three decades.Vanessa looked incredible in the number which boasted buttons down the front, three-quarter sleeves and cinched in at the waist with a matching belt. She teamed the £71 Freemans dress, which is from Myleene's collection with the brand, with black floral tights and a pair of towering heels. The TV star was all smiles as she showcased her slim figure in the number as she posed with Myleene, who styled the dress with burgundy knee-high stockings and black stilettos. The mother of three styled her bobbed brunette tresses in waves as she arrived at Vanessa's London home to film her podcast show, At Home with Vanessa.Later in the day, Vanessa turned up the glamour as she slipped into a dazzling red sleeveless gown which boasted a plunging neckline and a silver sequin skirt. Vanessa Feltz showed off her dramatic weight-loss as she twinned with Myleene Klass in a stylish burgundy leather dress on Wednesday The presenter, 64, looked incredible in the number which boasted buttons down the front, three-quarter sleeves and cinched in at the waist with a matching beltVanessa first slimmed down from a size 22 to a size 10 between 1999 and 2000 but soon later put weight back on.She lost two stone in 2004 but gained it back again and in 2007, she dropped three stone, but it all returned and she ended up back at a size 22 shortly after.In 2010 she had a gastric band fitted which made her stomach smaller and stopped her from overeating but she suffered complications when the band became embedded in her liver.Vanessa said she learned to eat in a different way with the gastric band – she was not able to eat large amounts of solid food but she could consume softer substances, such as ice cream.The former Celebrity Big Brother housemate said she ate 'thousands of calories' and sabotaged the operation she'd paid for.She later decided in 2019 to have a gastric bypass, which saw a small pouch created in the stomach and connected to the small intestine, bypassing the rest of the stomach and meaning she took in less food and felt fuller for longer.The procedure led to her losing a further five stone and she has maintained a slender frame since.Vanessa has previously spoken about where she thinks the source of her yo-yo dieting has stemmed from as she revealed her mother Valerie forced her to take black market amphetamines to 'slim down' at age 20.In her memoir Vanessa Bares All, the TV personality delved deep into her childhood trauma. I slid into a size 8. I spouted hip bones. Chunks of skeleton were visible beneath my skin.'I wasn’t slim but that holiest of holy grails – thin, verging on gaunt. I looked like a malnourished bush baby. It was all I’d ever wanted'.In one childhood memory, Vanessa explains she was forced to eat a grapefruit for dinner while the rest of her family had soup.Looking back at her past, Vanessa said it almost felt like a 'punishment' but never knew what she had done to deserve it.
