CodeWeavers working with Valve today released Proton 11.0-2e as their downstream of Wine that powers Steam Play for enjoying Windows games on Linux. The Proton 11.0-2e release brings just a few changes pertaining to enhancing the EA App support under Steam Play. EA App is Electronic Arts' digital distribution / game management platform that replaced Origin. The only listed changes of Proton 11.0-2e include: "- Fixed EA App Launcher login window not being focused properly with Gamescope. - Fixed EA App titles not displaying the correct splash image."
