USA World Cup boss Mauricio Pochettino reveals team have ‘made me an offer’ and he will ‘make decision next week’

A four-year extension, which would take him to the next World Cup, has been tabled to Pochettino – whose current deal is set to end. Speaking on Spanish radio, Pochettino said: “We are evaluating it, looking at it. [U.S. Soccer] have made me an offer to continue, and we will see. He said of the US national team boss this week: “I didn’t get to do too much resting and recuperating, but we’re excited about the discussions. “[Pochettino and his staff] have been active about long-term planning.
