As each ball reached its mouth, the snake opened up, allowing the vets to carefully grab and remove it.The team then zoomed in on the snake's body, where two more golf balls could still be seen lodged inside, revealing just how much the reptile had managed to swallow. Thankfully, the bizarre encounter did not require surgery. The hospital said the veterinary team was able to manually manipulate and safely remove all three golf balls while the snake was under heavy sedation.“This was definitely a memorable case!” the hospital wrote, adding that exotic animal medicine can bring some very unexpected patients through the door.
