US Midterms: White House Watch, Indian American Contests and Fight for Congress

A special broadcast live from the White House tracks the unfolding results of the US midterm elections as polling booths close across key states, including Kentucky, Indiana, Virginia, Florida, and Ohio. With Donald Trump monitoring incoming projections from the East Room, the broadcast analyses the intense battle for control of the US House of Representatives and the US Senate. Panelists discuss key races featuring Indian American candidates, including Vivek Ramaswamy in Ohio, Pia Dandia in Florida, Suhas Subramanyam, Ro Khanna, and Pramila Jayapal. Experts assess shifting voter patterns, highlighting diaspora concerns over immigration, economic issues, affordability, and income inequality. Strategists suggest the midterms represent a referendum on the country's political trajectory and could significantly alter the legislative balance in Washington.
