Asked to provide a timeline on when energy prices would drop, Wright said he “can’t predict Iranian behaviour” but claimed the amount of oil flowing out of the Gulf had risen significantly. “About 18 million barrels flowed out yesterday, basically pre-conflict levels,” Wright said.
