Vishal was on his way to deliver a food order when his phone fell into the waterlogged street.Vishal immediately stopped his delivery and began searching for his phone. However, despite making several attempts, he could not find it and was left in tears.A man at the spot recorded a video of Vishal searching for his lost phone and shared it on social media, where it went viral. Vishal works as a delivery boy to support himself and his family. For him, the phone was not just an expensive device but an essential tool for his livelihood. He received delivery orders on the phone and earned his income by completing them.He had purchased the phone for around Rs 45,000 just three months ago on instalments and had paid only three instalments so far, with the remaining payments still due. Vishal said the phone was the most important tool for his work and appealed to the municipal authorities for financial assistance.“I would like to request the municipality to help me find my phone. I am a poor man,” Vishal said.He also held the Muzaffarnagar municipality responsible for the situation and sought justice, saying he wanted his phone to be recovered from the spot.“I want justice. My phone should be found here. I am asking for financial help. I am a poor man. I need help.
