The fund was constructed using proprietary technology designed to identify top venture backed businesses that have a higher probability to achieve unicorn status. To date the selection process has proved its success with the 2022 vintage fund already producing sixteen positions marked at 5x or higher.Unlike the vast majority of venture portfolios that are concentrated in a small number of positions, the holdings include more than 100 companies across stages of funding and sectors, with approximately 90 unicorns including OpenAI, Colossal Biosciences, HackerOne, PSI Quantum, Qumulo, among others, representing innovative efforts across industries.Get the latest headlines, breaking news and columns.By signing up you consent to receive the above newsletter from Postmedia Network Inc.A welcome email is on its way. The expense ratio will reflect only those expenses directly attributable to the Fund.”The Form N-2 registration statement is subject to SEC review and the shares may not be purchased until the registration statement is declared effective. We intend for the shares to be traded under the symbol UNIC on the NYSE.The Fund will be managed by Bob Elliott who was the previous Head of Venture at CircleUp, a systematic venture investment company focused on early stage consumer brands. For more information about the Fund, see the Prospectus or visit the site click here Unlimited Liquid Venture.Media Contact:Monica Caporaso+1 908-510-8172monica@unlimitedfunds.com For informational and educational purposes only and should not be construed as investment advice.
