Sign up for the Shopping newsletter Thank you! The set comprises three 500ml amber glass bottles, filled with a peach hand wash, a washing-up liquid and an antibacterial all-purpose spray. There’s also a limited-edition tea towel, an eco microfibre cloth and free delivery – which normally costs £4.49 on orders under £40. Quentin Blake’s illustrations from the book have been printed directly onto the amber glass bottles, each one in a silicone sleeve, and they’re built to be topped up rather than replaced, The scent is the surprise, though, built on peach, apricot and lemon at the top, rose and lily of the valley through the middle, and cedarwood underneath. At £19.99 for the kit, this is a good deal — provided you understand how the price works. James and the Giant Peach Kitchen Kit, £19.99 (worth £86.90) at Bower Collective This is a subscription starter kit, so a second delivery of zero-waste peach refills follows in two months at £24, down from £30, Bower says. You can skip, pause, cancel or edit that order online at any point before it ships, and Bower sends email and text reminders first. Refills arrive as pouches, which you can post back to the brand for free for disposal. Bower is a certified B Corp, manufactures its products in the UK, and holds a four-star rating on Trustpilot based on more than 8,500 reviews. Bower calls the peach range a limited edition and available for a short time only, although it hasn’t published an end date. The collaboration went live on 1 June, with subscribers getting a few days’ head start. Given it’s been running since the start of the summer, we wouldn’t count on the bottles lasting into autumn.
