The Amex Centurion lounge is expanding into that space. It’s right by the American Airlines Flagship lounge in A-West, so makes sense for BA passengers to use that space, but that lounge is already absolutely packed before the transatlantic peak. American needs to expand the Flagship lounge into the Admirals Club next door (the two spaces are already connected behind the check-in desk) and then retake the A-East lounge space for the Admirals Club.
