Unfold Projects has breathed new life into a 1970s modernist home in Encinitas, California, transforming it into a "light-filled, organic oasis" that will host an artist residency program. The original design, featuring soaring arched roofs, was by Shanna Kellogg, with significant structural input from her father, famed architect Kendrick Bangs Kellogg. This renovation highlights a revival of mid-century modern architecture, emphasizing sustainability and artistic inspiration, which is crucial as the space will foster creativity and innovation.
