Ukraine Strikes Russian Military Network, Hitting Radar, Drone Center, Key Supply Depots

Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a Russian Kasta radar station, a drone training center, a repair base and several military warehouses on Aug. 25 and overnight into Aug. 26, Ukraine’s General Staff said Wednesday.The Kasta radar station was hit in Kacha, in Russian-occupied Crimea, the General Staff reported.JOIN US ON TELEGRAMFollow our coverage of the war on the @Kyivpost_official.Ukrainian forces also struck a Russian drone training center in occupied Luhansk and a repair and recovery base in Pervomaiske, in occupied Crimea.Several Russian warehouses were also targeted, including a fuel and lubricant depot in Prychepylivka, Luhansk region; military equipment warehouses in Svitlodolne, Donetsk region, and Novoivanivka in occupied Crimea; as well as ammunition depots in Staryi Krym and Velyka Novosilka in Donetsk Oblast.Ukrainian forces also struck a ground relay used to control Russian Geran and Gerbera drones in Chornomorske, occupied Crimea.The General Staff said the extent of the damage is still being assessed and that operations against key Russian military targets are continuing.On Wednesday, Ukrainian drones reportedly targeted a major Wildberries logistics center in Russia’s Tambov Oblast and one of the country’s largest oil refineries.Russian authorities had imposed restrictions at Tambov Airport amid the reported drone threat. Local monitoring channels also reported multiple explosions over Kotovsk.According to OSINT channels citing eyewitnesses, at least 10 explosions were heard around 40 minutes after the initial reports of a drone threat. A large fire was subsequently reported in one of the city’s districts.
