Uchhila level crossing closed for a week for railway maintenance work

It is located between Ullal and Manjeshwar stations. | Photo Credit: ANIL KUMAR SASTRY The railways will close the Uchhila level crossing gate, located between Ullal and Manjeshwar stations, for a week to undertake maintenance work.According to Southern Railway, the LC gate will be closed from 10 am of August 10 to 6 pm of August 15. Motorists may utilise the Someshwara Level Crossing located near Ullal Railway Station or the Thokkottu railway over bridge located on Thokkottu-Ullal Road during the Uchhila LC closure.Short-termination of Mumbai-bound train at ThaneTrain No. 12134 Mangaluru Junction-Mumbai CSMT Superfast Express will continue to be short-terminated at Thane till August 20.
