Tyson Fury’s brother Shane reveals Gypsy King’s plan for ‘big, big fight’ if Anthony Joshua showdown collapses

TYSON FURY will fight on November 20 with or without Anthony Joshua, claims the Gypsy King’s brother Shane. The former heavyweight champion, 38, has begun fight camp in the United States three months out from the mooted bout. Shane Fury claims that his brother will be fighting at Madison Square Garden on November 20, even if another opponent has to be found. Speaking to Boxing King Media, the 33-year-old admitted: “The more I’m watching it, the less I’m thinking that this fight’s gonna happen. “The fight’s on 20 November, time’s rolling on. It don’t affect us, because we’re fighting on that date anyway. “Tyson’s over in America now, training as we speak. He’s got his nutritionist with him, he’s got his strength and conditioning [coach], he’s got his trainer. “He’s training, so if it’s not [Joshua], Tyson will be fighting on that day, so it really don’t affect us. It really makes no difference to us, because we will fight on that date either way.” Further quizzed over whether WBC champion Agit Kabayel could step in for AJ, Shane added: “Listen, it ain’t for me to talk about, but either way: we’re there and it’s a big fight. Shane confessed: “Listen, this fight should’ve been in England, but the people who’s paying for this fight to be on, they don’t want it in England. “I’m sure, when someone’s spending £200million – whatever the number is – they want the best return. And the best return, I’m sure they haven’t buggered up on that.” Fury defeated Mariusz Wach in Pattaya, Thailand last month, having won via a unanimous decision against Arslanbek Makhmudov at Tottenham in April. Joshua, meanwhile, overcame Kristian Prenga in a dramatic two rounds in Saudi Arabia. The Watford puncher’s promoter Eddie Hearn continues to insist that the Fury fight must take place in the UK. Hearn, 47, told talkSPORT: “The fight’s not falling through. “We’re not walking away from a fight. All we’re asking for is that you honour the contract that you signed. You honour everything that we agreed to. “Why should we take less money to do the fight in another country? Why should we all of a sudden do all these extra media responsibilities that are trying to be thrown in? “There’s been a lot of stuff going on in the last 24 to 48 hours, which is diabolical, to be honest with you.
