Two people are being arraigned Monday morning in connection with the shooting death of an Albany man in April. The Albany County District Attorney’s Office said Cire Gray and India Thomas are being arraigned in Albany County Court. Albany Police said Brown died after being shot multiple times on Myrtle Avenue on April 19. That same night, Gray called the South Station to turn himself in.
