Two adults killed, two children hurt in Chain Bridge Road crash

Two adults died and two children were hurt in a single-vehicle crash very early Sunday in Oakton, Virginia. The woman who was driving was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash on Chain Bridge Road (Route 123) over I-66, Fairfax County police said.
