To the Editor We welcome the report of the ORCHESTRA randomized clinical trial (RCT) that investigated the effect on overall survival from debulking of metastases after first-line systemic treatment in patients with stage 4 CRC. The trial reported no difference between the 2 groups for the primary outcome of overall survival.
