TSA union persists in case against Trump admin

SEATTLE — A Washington federal court declined to dismiss the TSA union’s lawsuit against the Trump Administration over its effort to cancel the parties’ labor agreement. The court declined to dissolve the June 2025 preliminary injunction that blocked the government from ending the agreement, which covers about 47,000 TSA officers, because the government could not show how the Ninth Circuit’s ruling in AFGE v.
