Speaking in Dublin after meeting Irish President Catherine Connolly, Trump was asked if he could help restore vital shipping traffic through the strategic waterway. “Everything will work out just fine,” said Trump. His comments follow the Houthis’ expansion of control along Yemen’s Red Sea coast and fears of attacks on Saudi energy infrastructure. Trump also said the war with Iran will be over “very soon”, adding that once the war ends, oil prices would plummet.
