Trump-loving singer ranked atop list of country music’s worst people

In fact, the Dallas Observer’s Alyssa Fields just ranked the sorriest individuals stepping onstage, and some of the folks in the top 10 might just surprise you. For instance, “artists canceling their tours” came in at 10. But it also mentions a couple of artists, such as Tayler Holder and Colter Wall, who stepped away for mental health reasons. So to include them in the group seems at least a little cold-hearted. Bailey Zimmerman came in at ninth, and Travis Tritt was eighth. Zimmerman has had a string of his own issues of late, and as far as Tritt goes the Observer mentioned a list of things including him blocking social media followers who used Black Lives Matter hashtags.Gavin Adcock was seventh on the list, and, considering all the controversy he manages to stir up on what feels like a weekly basis, it might seem a bit generous, too.Blake Shelton made the list. Zach Bryan did, too, coming in at the five-spot. Jimmie Allen was slotted in at No. 4 after spending a lot of time in the headlines for all the wrong reasons, and Kid Rock took the No. 3 spot. That might have been kind, considering all of Rock’s controversies. The final two?Well, Morgan Wallen came in second to Jason Aldean, who earned the top spot, in part, for his controversial song “Try That in a Small Town.”You can check out the Observer’s entire list of “country music’s biggest douchebags” here, and read the reasoning for each selection.
