(Photo from Baggao Information Office) MANILA, Philippines — Three individuals died from the effects of Tropical Storm Kiyapo (international name Noul), said the National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (NDRRMC) on Sunday. According to the NDRRMC in its latest situation report, one of the deaths occurred in Davao, while the other two happened in Sarangani. Meanwhile, one other individual is currently listed as “missing” also in Sarangani. More than 59,000 families or over 285,000 individuals have been affected by Kiyapo so far, of which over 2,500 families are currently inside evacuation centers.
