Travis Hunter: "Little bit" of relief to get first interception

Hunter had the first interception of his NFL career while playing cornerback late in the first half. Hunter snagged a pass from Patriots quarterback Drake Maye to wide receiver Efton Chism in the end zone to keep the Jaguars up 14-3.The Jags went on to win 35-6 and Hunter, who also had four tackles, was asked after the game if it was a relief to finally get his first pick. “A little bit,” Hunter said. “Interceptions are great to catch, but I was focused on winning the game and just continue to focus on the next play.”Hunter played five offensive snaps at wide receiver during the game and did not have a catch, but his hands served him well in his other role.
