She was arrested on August 2 after police conducted an investigation into an 'incident' at the Embassy Suites in Hapeville, Georgia and remains in custody. In a statement obtained by The Daily Mail, the Hapeville Police Department refrained from sharing further details about the case due to the involvement of a juvenile. 'On August 2,2026, Officers with the Hapeville Police Department responded to an incident at 3450 International Blvd (Embassy Suites) in Hapeville Georgia,' the release said. 'As a result of the investigation, Sidney Favors (Sidney Starr), a reality television celebrity, was arrested and charged with multiple felony offenses related to an alleged sexual assault involving a juvenile. Favors was transported to the Fulton County Jail following the arrest. According to her Instagram, Starr was scheduled to host the Industry Girl reunion in nearby Atlanta, Georgia.
