Transgender paedophile police officer, 55, admits raping friend’s daughter, 15, in McDonald’s toilet in Germany

A TRANSGENDER police officer has admitted to raping a friend’s 15-year-old daughter in a McDonald’s toilet. Maja S., 55, faces three-and-a-half years in prison after cops allegedly found thousands of child abuse images at the suspect’s home in Germany. But the suspect has spent the last five months in the men’s section of Standelheim prison. The lawyer representing the defendant told Bild: “This is a serious burden in her daily life. “She is whistled at during her exercise period, and physical examinations are always conducted by male officers.” Some 2,000 files of child and animal sex abuse images were previously found in the ex-police officer’s home, authorities said. Local cops also found a Kalashnikov rifle during a raid of the property. The suspected crimes date back to 2024, when Maja S. allegedly uploaded “pornographic material” for paedophiles online. Most read in The Sun This content is said to have included depictions of three-year-old children being abused. Maja S. was suspended from police duties and eventually fined £16,000. Soon after the upload was reported, cops stormed the suspect’s home. While the police investigation was ongoing, Maja S. then invited the 15-year-old daughter of a friend for a motorbike tour in August 2025, it is alleged. Describing what is said to have happened next, the prosecutor said: “There, the defendant, who is 1.84 metres tall and physically much stronger, took advantage of a moment of surprise, forced her way into the toilet cubicle the victim had entered, closed the door, and locked it.” A criminal indictment:stated “The victim was unable to react and stared at the accused in shock. “The accused left the cubicle, and the victim, trembling all over and with her heart pounding, locked herself in the toilet.” Maja S.’s fiance, Stefanie Z., allegedly discovered a sexual message on her partner’s phone before confronting the 15-year-old child. She told a court: “I was distraught and shocked and asked the little girl if everything was alright. “Then she told me that she had somehow ended up in the toilet with Maja, that she had kissed her and touched her all over.” Stefanie Z. then alerted cops immediately upon hearing this. Maja S. has also been accused of sexually assaulting the same 15-year-old on another occasion the day after a swimming pool trip. The child claims she woke up the next morning in Maja S.’s bed without any clothes on and “no recollection of what happened”. The accused reportedly confessed to most of the charges, including the rape, behind closed doors. Maja S. will have to pay the child £4,000. The trial is ongoing. Comment now
