The Portland Trail Blazers signed three players to training camp deals. Mark Armstrong, Keylan Boone and Samson Johnson all inked Exhibit 10 contracts with Portland. Armstrong played for the Texas Legends in the G League last season. The 6-foot-2 guard averaged 11.9 points and 2.8 assists per game.
