TWO holidaymakers caught romping in broad daylight on a busy motorway have been slapped with a fine for failing to wear their seatbelts. The couple were seen having sex in public behind the wheel as they drove down the A7 motorway in Marbella. Traffic officers said they identified the couple as foreign tourists who had rented the silver Mercedes during their holiday in Malaga. Under Spanish law, engaging in sexual activity in a moving vehicle is deemed a serious offence. The couple have since been charged with reckless driving and failing to wear a seatbelt. The driver was forced to pay an on the spot fine of €500 and received a six-point license deduction. The female passenger was fined €200. Earlier this year, Leah and Anthony Evans were jailed after getting caught on CCTV breaking into a café and having sex in an outdoor seating area. The horrified owner called South Wales Police to the scene in Talbot Green, and they arrested the couple in the Rhondda venue. Anthony Evans, 42, and Leah Evans, 37, both from Rhondda, pleaded guilty to an act of outraging public decency and criminal damage.
