This week, the A-list lovebirds hosted another round of celebrations, surrounded by their nearest and dearest at Surrey’s Beaverbrook Hotel, 11 miles from Kingston-upon-Thames, South West London, which is Tom’s hometown. Tom, 30, and Zendaya, 29, rented out the entire Victorian estate, The Sun reports, for a private £500,000 vow exchange. The venue stretches across 370 acres, boasts a five-star hotel rating and has hosted numerous powerful figures over time. However, guests staying in the 56 rooms and suites or using the on-site Japanese restaurant will only have their memories to think back on, as the newlyweds banned phones from their big day. ‘Tom and Zendaya went to great lengths to stop any information or pictures getting out, so neither guests nor staff were allowed their mobiles,’ said a source. Almost two months ago, Tom commented on marrying Zendaya as AI-generated images of their wedding swarmed social media. Speaking to Esquire UK, he addressed whether he felt a need to talk to his family members about the fake pics in case they took offence at being left out. ‘No, because they were all there…That’s all you’ll get on that,’ he said, refusing to divulge anything further.
