Tom Hardy's cult classic is getting an upgrade. Hardy has had an incredibly successful career after making his screen debut in the miniseries Band of Brothers and Ridley Scott's Black Hawk Down in 2001. He gained even more fame after his performance in the biographical crime film Bronson and has since appeared in some major Hollywood blockbusters such as Inception, Mad Max: Fury Road, and The Revenant. Now, the actor is being celebrated alongside the cast and crew for a movie created 20 years ago. French studio Pathé is celebrating the 20th anniversary of Sofia Coppola's cult classic Marie Antoinette and is restoring the movie with a 4K version set to be released on November 20. It is the third feature film from the Oscar-winning writer and director Coppola, and will be one of four restored works, including three by Louis Daquin. The 4K restoration of Marie Antoinette is being overseen by Sony Pictures Entertainment. More to come...
