Titans DB Nazeeh Johnson suspended 6 games for PED violation

NFL Kansas City Chiefs defensive back Nazeeh Johnson The NFL suspended Tennessee Titans defensive back Nazeeh Johnson six games on Friday for violation of the league's policy on performance enhancing substances. Johnson, 28, will begin his suspension when the Titans open the regular season Sept. 13 at home against the New York Jets. He will be eligible to return Oct. 25 in a home game against the Cleveland Browns. Johnson will be allowed to participate in practices with the Titans and is eligible to play in all preseason games. Heading into his fourth full season, and his first with the Titans, the seventh-round draft pick by the Kansas City Chiefs in 2022 has 66 tackles (three for loss) and three passed defensed in 29 career games (six starts). Johnson won a Super Bowl ring as a rookie with the Chiefs in 2022 but did not play in 2023, when Kansas City repeated as champion, because of an ACL injury.
