In Andree’s last video, released after her death, she said: “Hi, my TikTok family. If you’re seeing this video, it just means that my time has come and I’ve crossed over. Sign up for The Sun newsletter Thank you! “This TikTok account has become my diary. It has become my way to let things out. It has become something I turned to first.” She initially created her TikTok account so that her children would have video clips of her after she died. Andree said: “I started it because I wanted my kids to be able to follow my journey. And for it to be able to be accessed at any time and all times if they wanted to see me or see a video of me.” Under the name “Andreethegirl”, the TikToker posted content about her battle against metastatic cancer to her thousands of followers. Treatments, diets and different medications formed part of her struggle to beat back the cancer – all of which she posted about online. But tragically Andree revealed that her illness had deteriorated rapidly to the point where there was “just nothing we can do about it”. In a heartbreaking admission, she said: “I’m 39. I’ll never be able to see my son get married, my daughter get married. “I’ll never be able to meet my grandchildren. I’ll never be able to grow old with my husband, who I love dearly.” Her final plea to fans is to be grateful for the everyday. “My biggest, biggest wish is that you don’t take your health and what’s in front of you for granted,” she said, adding: “Enjoy the day in front of you.” Breaking news… More to follow… Comment now
