Three people escape suspicious house fire south of Brisbane

Three people have escaped a suspicious blaze that gutted a home at Logan overnight. Emergency services were called to the house shortly after 9pm following reports of a house engulfed in fire. The blaze was extinguished within an hour of firefighters arriving, but extensive damage was caused to the two-storey home.The people inside got out of the house before firefighters arrived and no injuries were reported.Investigators remain at the address and a crime scene has been declared. Police are appealing for anyone who was in the area between 9pm and 9:30pm and has dashcam footage or CCTV to come forward.
