Three men stabbed outside city centre LGBTQ nightclub in early hours as cops launch manhunt

Credit: Alamy COPS have launched a manhunt after three men were stabbed outside a city centre LGBTQ nighclub. Officers were scrambled to Tithebarn Street in Liverpool shortly after 6.30am this morning where the victims were found injured. Three men have been stabbed outside G-Bar in Liverpool city centre Merseyside Police said it’s thought the horror unfolded outside the G-Bar on Eberle Street following an “altercation”. All three victims were raced to hospital with two in a stable condition and another suffering from minor injuries. Sign up for The Sun newsletter Thank you! Officers are now conducting forensic and witness enquiries with a cordon in place on Tithebarn Street, Eberle Street and Temple Lane. The force said the suspected weapon had been recovered as they launch a manhunt for the suspect. They are now appealing for anyone with information that can help in their investigation to come forward. Detective Chief Inspector Lisa McNaughton said: “We understand the concern that such a serious incident will cause in the community. “This is why it is so vital that anyone with information comes forward as a matter of urgency. It appears that some form of altercation broke out near to G-Bar, resulting in the three victims sustaining injuries. “The suspected weapon has been recovered and will be forensically examined. Most read in The Sun “We will do all we can to identify the person responsible and support the victims as this investigation progresses. If you saw or captured any part of this incident, let us know and we will take action. “The consequences of this incident could have been even worse so be assured that we will relentlessly pursue the offender. “You will see an increased police presence carrying out enquiries so speak to us with any information or concerns.” The Sun has contacted North West Ambulance Service for comment.
