Three dead in Sydney house fire as police launch investigation

Three people have died in a house fire in Sydney's south-west, New South Wales police say. An investigation into what caused the blaze is underway.A crime scene has been established at the address on Cornelia Street, Wiley ParkEmergency services were called to reports of a house fire on the street about 9.45pm Wednesday evening.Extensive damage to the property was reported, with Fire and Rescue NSW extinguishing the blaze.Three bodies were later located inside the house, following a search by authorities.In a statement, NSW Police said they were yet to formally identify the victims, and that a report would be prepared for the coroner.
