This week we revealed the Dezeen Awards shortlists

This week on Dezeen, we revealed the architecture, interiors and design projects in the running to win this year's Dezeen Awards. Over the week, we announced all the projects shortlisted for this year's awards, starting with the 152 projects in the running for the 19 architecture project categories on Monday. On Tuesday, we revealed the 112 shortlisted projects in the 14 different interiors project categories before unveiling the shortlisted design projects on Wednesday. Bentley revealed its first electric car this week In London, car brand Bentley revealed its first fully electric car – an SUV named the Torcal. Ahead of its unveiling, we spoke to design director Robin Page about how the car aims to embrace heritage in a "progressive way". Bugatti unveiled plans for a skyscraper in Miami In the USA, car brand Bugatti revealed plans to build a 60-storey skyscraper in Miami, which would be its first branded residence in the US. Designed by US architecture studio Brandon Haw Architecture with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg, the skyscraper would join other developments by luxury car brands Porsche, Bentley, Mercedes-Benz and Aston Martin in the city. Meta showcased its Muse Charm device At the Meta Connect showcase, the tech company revealed a series of new products including two new pairs of smart glasses. The company also debuted its Muse Charm device, which is a tamagotchi-style AI agent. "We've packed a lot of technology into this little guy," said Meta chief executive Mark Zuckerberg. "So if you're not wearing glasses, this is going to be by far the fastest way to talk to your Muse and to show it what's going on around you."
