A third attendee at Burning Man 2026 has died on the final day of the festival in Black Rock City, Nevada. The Pershing County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to NBC News that the person died Monday while being transported to a hospital in Reno. Neither the person’s identity nor cause of death was immediately disclosed. Two other Burning Man attendees died earlier in the festival: Sampson Tshombe, a man in his mid-50s who suffered a medical emergency, and 60-year-old Craigh Mann, who was found dead in a trailer by his campmates.
