Theon International Plc has announced an agreement to acquire SAS Stéropès, the parent company of HGH Systèmes Infrarouges, for around €300 million. This acquisition will significantly bolster Theon's capabilities in electro-optical and infrared solutions, as well as in counter-unmanned aerial system (counter-UAS) technologies.
