On Instagram, Norman Reedus confirmed that The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon season 4 will be released in 2027, with the reveal also being reiterated on The Walking Dead: Dead City's panel at 2026 San Diego Comic-Con, where ScreenRant was in attendance. The confirmation of season 4's release window marks a first for Daryl Dixon. After all, the zombie series has released new seasons annually, and even in the same month, since its debut, a trend that started on September 10, 2023, and lasted until season 3's arrival on September 7, 2025.
