Now, the budget carrier is giving sun-seekers even more reason to get excited, with three new Spanish destinations launching from London Luton next week. With year-round services and one-way fares from less than £30, the new routes could be just the ticket for anyone dreaming of swapping Britain’s dismal weather for sunshine. The new routes expand Wizz Air’s existing Spanish network from London Luton, which already includes seven destinations such as Bilbao, Barcelona and Seville. Where can you fly to? The new routes are Málaga, Granada and Asturias. Málaga and Asturias flights will launch on October 25. Flights to Málaga will operate three to four times a week, and Asturias three times a week. All three routes will operate year-round. WizzAir’s managing director Yvonne Moynihan said: ‘Spain has always been a favourite with British holidaymakers, but there’s so much more to the country than a summer beach holiday. ‘With three new routes launching from London Luton over the next week, we’re giving our customers even more choice when it comes to exploring Spain, whatever the time of year.
