TV exclusive Daisy Toye won’t be sharing her apple with Martha Stewart any time soon. The “Real Housewives of New York City” newbie exclusively told Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” why she wouldn’t want Stewart, whom she described as her “best friend,” to join the hit Bravo show in a full-time capacity. “I don’t wanna fight with her,” Toye, 45, told us. “I like her where she is now. I could FaceTime her when I need her. I also do her makeup.” Daisy Toye (pictured above in the Page Six studio in October) revealed exclusively to “Virtual Reali-Tea” why she doesn’t want Martha Stewart to join “The Real Housewives of New York City.” Brian Zak/Page Six Toye described Stewart (pictured above at the Fast Company Innovation Festival in September) as her “best friend.” Andrew Schwartz/SIPA/Shutterstock The lifestyle guru, 85, has made several appearances on “RHONY” Season 16 — and, according to Toye, she’s been getting “a kick” out of watching clips of herself on the show. Toye was introduced this season along with fellow newcomers Erika Hammond and Hailey Glassman. The makeup artist has known cast member Sai De Silva since they met as servers at the Upper East Side strip club, Scores, more than two decades ago. Toye (pictured above in the Page Six studio in October) said she doesn’t want to “fight” with Stewart. Brian Zak/Page Six Toye said she’d rather have the occasional FaceTime call with Stewart on the show. (Pictured above: Stewart at New York Fashion Week in September.) Though Stewart is not an official cast member of “RHONY,” her name has been brought into some of the drama going on amongst the women. While chatting with VRT earlier this month, Glassman claimed Stewart “dined and dashed” when she met up with the “RHONY” cast for dinner at the Polo Bar in New York City before filming for Season 16 started. However, Toye saw nothing wrong with that, noting that Stewart showed up after everyone had already eaten. “Of course she’s not gonna pay,” Toye told us. “She didn’t come for dinner.” Toye said Stewart only came for “10 minutes” because she had been invited last-minute to meet the cast. However, Toye (pictured above in the Page Six studio in October) said Stewart didn’t even meet them for dinner. Brian Zak/Page Six Toye (pictured above with the cast and Andy Cohen at the “RHONY” Season 16 premiere party in the Hamptons in September) said they were “done with dinner” before Stewart even showed up. Why should she pay?” “The Real Housewives of New York City” airs Tuesday nights at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo, with new episodes available to stream the next day on Peacock.
