The longest LitRPG series of all time is finally getting a paperback release. As the genre grows in mainstream popularity, its longest work of all time, The Wandering Inn, has finally announced plans for a paperback release. Clocking in at 21 books so far, the ongoing LitRPG series follows Erin Solstice, a young woman from Earth who is transported to a fantasy world with video game elements, including levels and skills. Although she has the opportunity for global adventure, she decides to become an Innkeeper instead, leading to a story of survival while providing for other people and creatures in the realm. Now, series author pirateaba has confirmed that The Wandering Inn is finally getting a physical paperback release, with the dates for the first four volumes currently listed on various marketplaces. The physical books will be handled by publisher HarperCollins, who will begin by releasing Book One, Part One, titled The Wandering Inn, on August 11, 2026. Dates have already been decided for the first four volumes, which constitute the first two books of the series. New physical installments will be released monthly.
