The Legend of Zelda is currently experiencing its 40th anniversary, an astounding milestone that Nintendo hopes to celebrate in style. We've already seen numerous announcements for brand-new merchandise, games, and remasters, all of which aim to capitalize on the momentum generated by the celebrations and give fans new ways of immersing themselves within the wonderful world of Hyrule. Joining this illustrious lineup is a brand-new project titled Symphonic Tale. While it continues to navigate the ongoing Legend of Zelda 40th anniversary controversies, Nintendo has been announcing numerous new projects. However, in this instance, Nintendo isn't getting its hands dirty. Rather, The Legend of Zelda: Symphonic Tale is an exciting new concert that fans can attend to get a truly unique narrative-focused experience that takes them on a journey through Ocarina of Time's incredible adventure. The Legend of Zelda: Symphonic Tale is a brand-new concert being held at MPAA Saint-Germain in Paris, France. Performed by the French symphonic orchestra, Pixelophonia, this concert combines the stunning music of Ocarina of Time with narration and on-screen elements to tell the story of the game. It's a novel idea, one that will almost certainly elicit a lot of emotions from dedicated fans who are lucky enough to attend. Frankly, this is one of the more unique Legend of Zelda 40th anniversary projects, although it is a little less accessible than most. The Legend of Zelda: Symphonic Tale concert will be performed on October 29, 2026, and will start at 21:15 pm local time. It runs for roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes according to the ticketing website and is suitable for ages 6 and above. This is absolutely designed with fans in mind, although the soundtrack is so beautiful that one could absolutely go and see the performance without knowing much about the game. Of course, that will likely spoil the upcoming Ocarina of Time remake, which releases just a few weeks later. Of course, being in Paris, this makes it challenging for most to get to. Fortunately, there is the upcoming Legend of Zelda 40th anniversary concert, which is starting in February 2027. While it isn't Ocarina of Time-specific like Symphonic Tale, it will feature tracks from that game alongside those from the many other titles and spin-off releases in the series. The 40th anniversary concert is backed by Nintendo and will be touring worldwide, thus making it a tad more accessible, but likely more expensive as a result. However, should you be visiting France or happen to live there, then the Ocarina of Time: Symphonic Tale concert will likely be worth attending, especially for fans of the game. It's a very unique concept, one that has worked for other major properties in the past, and one that will almost certainly pull at the heartstrings this time around. Ocarina of Time's soundtrack is one of the greatest in The Legend of Zelda's history and well worth hearing performed by an orchestra, especially one as talented as Pixelophonia.
