The Grammy Museum Helpfully Provided Zoomed-In HQ Footage of Taylor Swift’s New Diamond Wedding Ring

Our collective timeline was just blessed with an extremely up-close and personal view of Taylor Swift’s diamond (!!!) wedding band, courtesy of none other than the Grammy Museum.In case you haven’t had a chance to watch Tay’s full 48-minute interview and performance (run, don’t walk), she sat down for “The Icon Sessions with Taylor Swift: A 20-Year Retrospective” on August 18, and it finally dropped on YouTube.And please go ahead and give a silent thanks to the camera person, who decided to zoom in on Taylor’s hands playing piano, which was really just an excuse for everyone to absolutely lose their minds at (a) her diamond engagement ring looking bigger and more sparkly than ever, and (b) her new wedding ring, which also has clusters of diamonds around it.Add Cosmopolitan as a preferred source in your Google search results.Use your Google account to add this to your settings.Sooooo gorgeous.Taylor’s ring made its debut at Oli Jacobs and Laura Sisk’s wedding a few days ago, and at first it looked like a simple gold band. But turns out it was twisted around her finger (check out the pic over on DeuxMoi), because another angle of the ring made it clear that it’s V-shaped with diamonds. But the photos weren’t nearly as clear as these performance pics, where the ring can be seen up close and personal.Speaking of Tay’s performance, she delivered a mashup of “I Knew It, I Knew You,” “August,” and “All Too Well,” all played on her Eras Tour piano for just 200 guests.“This is the piano that I brought with me all around the world on the Eras Tour,” she said. “And one of my favorite things that I would do on the Eras Tour and something that really became something the fans paid a lot of attention to and would make a lot of guesses about every night was, I had this section called the acoustic section. I would do different songs every night, one on guitar and one on piano, and I started to really have a blast with creating medleys towards the middle/end part of the tour. And I’d really just think about different songs I could mash up with other songs, kind of a surprise and delight moment for fans. And a way that I would pick the songs is, I’d find some sort of through line, whether that was rhythmically or these are all about a similar emotion. And I prepared one for you today that, if I was still on the Eras Tour, I would do this one. And it’s songs that are connected to each other by the common theme of being about memory and reliving certain detailed memories of your life and the significance of those memories.”
