However, there is a silver lining; if you're quick, you can still pick up a Streamer for its original price, but I'm not sure how long that window's going to last. It used to cost $99, but after a 50% price hike, it'll now set you back $149 for one. Right now, that new price is reflected both in the Google Store and at Best Buy. However, if you're lucky, you may still save yourself some cash by buying it from a store that still lists it at the original price. One such retailer is Amazon, which still lists it for $99. I can't imagine that either the product stock or the price will stay available for long, so I'd recommend snapping one up sooner rather than later. That being said, we haven't been too impressed with the Streamer here at XDA. One of our editors, Adam Conway, preferred this $50 box, which seems like an even better deal now when compared to the Streamer. To top it off, our own Brian Burgess recently gave the Google TV Streamer a second chance and still found it lacking, so there's that.
