After a confrontation in the greenhouse, where Catherine gets shot in the shoulder, they both end up in the house – along with Alice Black (Emmy Rossum) who was shortly behind and ran into the house after hearing a gunshot. Catherine returns to the room where she was abused in the house, and starts to remember parts of what happened to her late friend Isabel. This is revealed during the episode’s final scenes, as Alice meets Catherine in prison. How does this set up Furious season 2? After the revelation that Alice killed Jay, we see Alice check a database to see who accessed the video of her abuse when she was 14. She discovers it’s been downloaded thousands of times, with a list of names identifying the people who accessed it. This sparks an unexpected smile from Alice, and after Catherine asks if she enjoyed killing Jay moments ago, it suggests Alice will follow in Catherine’s footsteps by hunting those who downloaded the file in season two.
