In a statement on Facebook, his mother, Joni, wrote: ‘My son, Tyler, passed away earlier this week. Cause of death has yet to be determined. I will post on Facebook about services as soon as his dad and I figure it out,’ as reported by Deadline. North Dakota officials confirmed to the US Sun that he died on Tuesday when he was found in his bathroom, with the case classified as an ‘unattended death’, which means there were no witnesses in attendance. The late MTV reality star was last seen publicly on July 31 at The Challenge Mania event in Minneapolis alongside Rachel Robinson, Tina Barta, Mark Long and Brad Fiorenza, who have also found fame on the network. ‘So proud to represent my hometown of Minneapolis along with these other challenge legends. ‘The fans are what keep us coming out! Hearing your stories of courage, inspiration & joy that you’ve got being a fan of the franchise is humbling each and every time,’ he wrote in a heartfelt social media post afterwards.
