YOU could slash the cost of your supermarket shop with these delivery deals and save up to £100. Food prices have soared in the last few years, and are now up by around 30% since 2022. But taking advantage of sign-up deals for online deliveries could be a way to cut the cost of your weekly shop. Ocado – 25% off £60 plus free delivery Ocado shoppers can get up to £20 off plus free delivery for three months Credit: Alamy If you’re a new customer to Ocado, you can get 25% off your first shop of £60 or more. The maximum discount is £20, so you can get the offer on up to £80 worth of groceries. Read more on supermarkets You’ll also get free delivery for three months – just check that Ocado delivers to your area first. To get the offer, you need to enter the code 250CADO at the checkout. The minimum spend doesn’t include tobacco products, alcohol, postage stamps, baby formula, gift vouchers or food donations. If you’re an NHS worker or teacher, you can also get 35% off your first Ocado shop when you spend £90 or more. That means in total you can get up to £15 off. You need to spend at least £30 on each shop and enter the code 5firstnow at the checkout to get the deal. You can add up to 70 items to your basket and there are some items excluded from the deal. These include pharmaceuticals, tobacco, fireworks, postage, alcohol, stamps, formula milk, gift coupons and cards, lottery tickets, mobile phone top-ups, delivery charges and carrier bag charges. Only one code can be used per household. Morrisons Now is available from more than 350 Morrisons stores and you’ll usually have your shop delivered within an hour. The delivery costs £2.99 and it’s worth noting a small number of items are more expensive on Morrisons Now compared with their usual price. Iceland – £5 off a £45 spend Iceland offers £5 off your first shop, plus free next day delivery if you spend £40 or more Credit: Getty New online Iceland shoppers can get £5 off their first shop worth £45 or more. To get the offer, just enter the code ICEFIVEOFF at the checkout. You can also get free next day delivery when you spend over £40 and you don’t need a code for this. The deal does not currently have an end date. Gopuff – 25% off first six orders Get more than 50 essentials price-matched to Aldi with online grocery delivery service Gopuff Credit: Alamy Online grocery delivery service Gopuff will give you 25% off your first six orders, with no minimum spend. You just need to enter the code MSE25 each time at the checkout to get the deal. The maximum discount is £10, so across six orders this could work out to £60 off. Gopuff delivers across city locations in England and Wales. Alcohol and tobacco are excluded from the deal. The delivery firm says it has over 50 essentials price-matched to Aldi and promises not to include any hidden fees. Comment now
