The company almost never marks down its own products; on the contrary, it raised prices on Macs and iPads by hundreds of dollars earlier this year. Thankfully, we’re seeing some early discounts already, with more likely to hit once the event officially starts on October 6.The timing of Prime Big Deal Days follows a busy fall for Apple, which just released the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max, AirPods 5, and Apple Watch Series 12, and its first foldable phone, the iPhone Duo, is set to release on October 23. With prices up across the lineup, the savings aren’t as deep as they used to be. But we still dug through the discounts and pulled out the ones worth your money, so you can see what’s new, what’s on sale, and what’s still full price.Shop Apple October Prime Day DealsApple AirPods Prime Day DealsIf there’s one product that regularly goes on sale, it’s Apple’s AirPods. The third-generation AirPods Pro have dropped to as low as $169 earlier this year. They’re currently on sale for $234, a modest $15 discount, but there’s a good chance they’ll drop further when Prime Big Deal Days begins. For those who prefer over-ear headphones, the AirPods Max 2 are currently down to $509 ($40 off). You can also save on some Beats wireless headphones and earbuds, including $70 off the Beats Studio Pro.While the new AirPods 5 aren’t discounted right now, the model with a wireless charging case starts at $149, which is lower than the starting price of the AirPods 4 with active noise cancellation when they landed in 2024. Beats also just launched the Beats 360, its new over-ear headphones with swappable ear and headband cushions and the brand’s most powerful noise cancellation to date. They’re too new to see any significant discount, but you can snag a replaceable headband and ear cushions for 80 percent off.Premium Wireless HeadphonesGreat Balance of FeaturesApple iPad Prime Day DealsApple raised the price of the entire iPad line by $100 to $200 back in June, pushing the base iPad to $449, the iPad Air to $749, and the iPad Pro to $1,199. That makes the discounts a little trickier to track, because even if you are saving money off the retail price, it may not be lower than what the same iPad cost a few months ago. That said, the base iPad is down to $427 ($22 off), and the iPad mini is $30 off, dropping the price to $569. Both have been significantly cheaper in the past, so we hope to see larger drops next week. You can also save $20 off the 11-inch iPad Air and up to $200 off the 11-inch iPad Pro with M4 chip.Apple MacBook Prime Day DealsNo Apple product experienced higher price hikes than the Mac. The MacBook Air jumped $200 to $1,299, and the MacBook Pro climbed $400 to $1,999, thanks to rising costs of RAM and storage. The good news is that there are some modest deals available—the base 13-inch MacBook Air and 15-inch Air are both $100 off. The savings get even better on the 14-inch MacBook Pro, with a discount of $160 on the 14-inch model with an M5 chip. Apple’s most affordable laptop, the MacBook Neo, is still only $10 off, but we’ve only seen it as high as $20 off, so don’t count out any major deals just yet.Apple’s Most Affordable LaptopApple’s Most Powerful LaptopApple Watch Prime Day DealsThe Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4 arrived in mid-September with a faster S11 chip, more accurate heart-rate sensors, a morning Readiness score, and hypertension alerts. The Ultra 4 adds the longest battery Apple has put in a watch, up to 50 hours of normal use, plus built-in satellite messaging for when you’re off the grid. While existing Apple Watches haven’t been hit with any price increase this year, deals have been hard to come by. The budget Apple Watch SE 3 isn’t on sale at all, but we’re betting that’ll change once Prime Day starts.Apple’s Entry-Level SmartwatchThe New Apple Watch for EveryoneAirTags and Accessory Prime Day DealsAccessories are among the easiest Apple products to save on during Prime Day, and there are already some solid deals. The new AirTag 2 has dropped to $89 for a four-pack ($10 off), matching its lowest price yet. It’s Apple’s second-gen tracker, with an updated ultra-wideband chip that extends Precision Finding up to 50 percent farther than the original. A single AirTag 2 is down to $24 ($5 off), also the lowest we’ve seen it so far. If you’re looking for an iPad keyboard, the Magic Keyboard Folio is currently 40 percent off.You can also save on plenty of third-party power banks, wall adapters, and wireless chargers, which tend to see steeper discounts than Apple’s own gear. For instance, the Anker Prime Power Bank is the perfect device for charging your laptop, tablet, phone, and smartphone at the same time, and it’s currently $80 off.Trackers for the Whole FamA Powerful Wireless Charging Station
