The authorities urged spectators to follow safety instructions and respect restricted areas during public events. It comes just days after a huge firework explosion killed at least ten people and injured 64 at a festival in central Mexico, officials say. The huge blast collapsed a wall in front of the Nuestra Señora de la Luz church – trapping several people beneath. Horror footage showed panicked revellers fleeing the blaze.
