Teen nabbed over alleged bomb threats vs Bulacan schools

INQUIRER FILES MANILA, Philippines — A teenager was arrested for allegedly posting bomb threats against several schools in Bulacan province, the Police Regional Office Central Luzon (PRO 3) said on Wednesday. The 18-year-old suspect was tracked down to his home in Barangay Hilera, Jaen, Nueva Ecija, on Tuesday night, according to PRO 3 in a statement. The alleged bomb threats were made on the social media pages of schools in San Ildefonso town last Monday and Tuesday. Just a reminder.) Operatives recovered the phone believed to have been used to make the purported threats, PRO 3 noted. It added that the seized phone will undergo technical and forensic examination by the police’s anti-cybercrime unit.
